This is Shen's 3/4 size (41 1/2" string length) carved top, laminated back and sides hybrid bass. It's the same materials and model as the Shen 150 hybrid with highly figured maple veneer for the back and sides, a more select maple used to carve the neck and a heavier more attractive machine head, and a solid hill style ebony tailpiece.

Normally all those admittedly cosmetic improvements will run you about another $950 over a regular 150 model.  However, this one was purchased from Shen without a fingerboard, a fault we corrected perfectly, and so we are selling it for my normal plain 150 price.
