This Czech base, circa 1935, has solid sides and a laminated top and back. The sides and back have a very interesting faux flamed maple varnish.

3/4 size (41-3/4” string length).

Plays well for mostly pizzicato style playing. Sound is dark and complex, not terribly loud, so it might work well with a pickup.
