I owned this instrument many years ago and sold it for about this price to a student bassit who has since passed on. The new owner of his house doesn’t play and has asked me to sell it for her.  The brand is not a high quality one, but I put several hundred dollars into setting it up back when it was new and it plays quite well and sounds nice with a set of D’addario Zyex strings.   Good deal for a  beginner bass.
