Soundwise, this is one of may favorite models from Shen.  It has a large wide lower bout (27 3/4") and a narrow loping upper bout which gives great access to the upper part of the fingerboard. Having a thicker, fatter bottom end will maintain singing projecting upper register.

This bass is a second b because it has a repaired chip over the lower lock in the back.  In my opinion, this is clearly cosmetic.  I seek out basses with small cosmetic problems (see photo) so I can save my clients a ton of money while still getting great sound.  If you can find another for sale for anywhere near 6 grand I'd be surprised!
